Thanks for your interest in ordering from us! Since we sell perishable goods, we have a shipping schedule that is important for you to know about before placing your order.
We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays each week to ensure your products will be delivered before the weekend. We ship with 3-day shipment or less delivery. We package our shipments with ice packs to keep the products cool for up to 3 days and prevent spoilage.
Orders placed throughout the week will ship the following Monday or first business day of the following week.
Orders placed Monday morning before 12 noon EST normally will ship the following day.
We do not ship on holidays such as, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
If we shipped your order in a timely manner and your shipment got delayed and/or goods spoiled, we are not responsible. We do not accept returns in these cases. If you had an issue, please get in touch with the shipping provider.
If the product is damaged and the box shows significant damage, please contact the shipping company to file a claim.
If the product is damaged but the box shows no damage, please document the product and send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos describing what you received.
Due to our products being perishable foods, we do not accept returns on any product. If you have a complaint or issue with your order, please call or email us on the contact page.
We reserve the right to determine the cause of the issue of the order and will ship a new product at our discretion.

If we have not yet assigned a shipping label or tracking number to your order, you can cancel your order by calling us. We will issue a refund less any fees we may incur.
